On July 1, 2008, IN THE KNOW with Tony Reeves continues it’s “ANOTHER EXQUISITE ALPHA WOMAN” series with the North Atlantic Regional Director, EVELYN SAMPLE-OATES.

The year 2008 marks the Centennial Anniversary of the oldest Historically Black Greek Letter Sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Over the next year, “IN THE KNOW with Tony Reeves, Esq.” will have an ongoing series titled “Another EXQUISITE ALPHA WOMAN” highlighting the accomplishments and endeavors of Alpha Kappa Alpha women and getting their views and insights that face women today.

Evelyn Sample-Oates is Vice President of Marketing and Client Relations for Keystone Quality Transport. Evelyn currently serves on the Board of Director’s for the Philadelphia Dance Company, The Maternity Care Coalition, serves as a trustee for her Alma Mater, Merion Mercy High School for Girls, and is a member of the Links Incorporated, Philadelphia Chapter, the Junior League of Philadelphia, The Coalition of 100 Black Women and Jack & Jill of America, Montgomery County Chapter.
